Vitamin Juice in Mongolia
Vitsamo Fruit Juice LLC was established in 1995. The purpose of the business is to provide vitamin necessity of people in Mongolia by supplying juice and drinks that contains variety of vitamins. Our factory machines, technologies, raw materials and other ingredients are always from German suppliers and several other suppliers from European countries.
As a proud Mongolian first juice manufacturing company, we produce over 40 types of hot and cold products in plastic and TetraPack packaging by 4-5 line machineries.
In 2017, the company was awarded the accredited certification to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Mongolia's leading food factory award. Since then, we have been consistently developing our R&D department and adding innovativeness to our products such as "Organice" the family juice, "370" the first Mongolian sugar-free fruit juice, the "B25" product that launched in the honor of our 25th anniversary and "Fruits up" in 2023.
Brief History of Vitsamo Fruit Juice
• In 1995, the German semi-automatic line of Vitsamo brand juice in 0.5 liter glass bottles assembled,
• Limited liability company in 1997,
• In 2000, the construction of a new factory building located in the 10th district of BZD,
• In 2001, a new factory building was put into operation, a German fully automatic line for packing 0.5 liter glass bottles,
• In 2002, factory automation equipment with computer control, carbonated beverage line assembly with annual production capacity of 14,600 tons,
• In 2003, German fully automatic line in 0.5-liter plastic packaging with a production capacity of 2 tons per hour, Vitsamo brand juice with 1-liter Tetrapak packaging,
• In 2008, in the field of dairy products production, trade, and foreign trade, Vitsamo Foods LLC was established as a branch company, importing sugar-free aloe and soybean oil from South Korea and supplying it to the market,
• Production of 0.5 liter carbonated drinks in 2009,
• In 2010, construction work of Vitsamo fresh water plant, production of B15 products in 1.3 liter plastic packaging, 0.2 liter Tetrapak packaging with straw drink line with a production capacity of 3600 pieces per hour,
• In 2012, the "Organice" product line with 1.5-liter Tetrapak packaging for family consumption, the production of the first Mongolia's sugar-free 370 ml juice "370",
• In 2012, Vitsamo Foods LLC imported consumer food products from Austria, household goods from Indonesia, and "Juver" juice from Spain and supplied them to the market,
• In 2014, a factory capable of producing 54,000 pieces of plastic packaging blanks per day,
• In 2015, Vitsamo Foods LLC assembled and produced 250 ml "Sor" straw milk line and 750 ml "Eej" milk production,
• "Spark" carbonated drink in 2019, B25 brand juice production in 2020 to celebrate the 25th anniversary,
• In 2019, Vitsamo Foods LLC introduced fruit juice content and vitamin-rich “Dr. Fruit" juice production,
• In 2022, pasat and road improvement works outside the factory,
• Assembly and production of "Fruits up" product line, rich in fruit juice content and vitamins, in the framework of the goal of producing products that replace imports in 2023
